Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Whenever and wherever you share your WriterX.Co referral link, you must make it clear that you will earn a commission if they buy the product through your link. This is a legal requirement.

Whenever you share your affiliate link, be sure to add a quick disclaimer that lets people know that you will get paid when they buy.

Social Media Example
“I might earn a commission if you buy this product by clicking on this link but don’t worry, at no additional cost to you.”

Website Footer Example
“When you buy through links (affiliate links) on our site, we will receive a small percentage commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services that we use ourselves, so be rest assured!”

The benefits of being transparent about your affiliate commissions:

  • You will comply with the laws.
  • You will appear more authentic and trustworthy to your audience.
  • It adds a personal touch to your recommendation.
  • It may make them more inclined to buy from your link so they can support you.

Please note the terms of the WriterX Affiliate Program:

  • Payouts are made on the 2nd of each month, at least 30 days after the referred customer converted from a trial to a paid account. So if your referred customer upgrades their account on January 1st, you'd be paid on February 2nd. If you referred customer upgrades their account on January 7th, they complete their 30 days on February 7th but since we pay the commissions only on the 2nd of every month, you’ll be paid on 2nd March.
  • The minimum balance for payouts is $0. Payouts are made through PayPal only.
    Self-referrals are not allowed. The spirit of the program is to reward you for referring other people. This is not a way to get a discount on your own account.
  • If you are running paid search campaigns, the only targeting restriction is you are not allowed to bid on branded keyword search terms such as "WriterX", "WriterX.Co", "WriterX AI" ,"WriterX Co", "Flacked AI", "FlackedAI.com", "FlackedAI"
    Do not impersonate WriterX or try and trick people into thinking your company is WriterX or Flacked AI.
  • In some cases, we can give credit to a referral partner even if the customer didn’t sign up through their link (for example, if they didn’t sign up through their link by mistake). If you have a case like that, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms of the WriterX Affiliate Program at any time.
